Fees
are dependent on the complexity of the assignment and scope of
work involved. Each job is quoted on an individual basis.
Turnaround time is usually 72 hours or less for residential
properties within any of the Coast cities. Rural properties may
take longer, as will estates, complex, or partial-interest
appraisals. Report delivery by Adobe Acrobat .pdf file decreases
turnaround time even further.
